Jeremy Ashcraft, Managing Partner
Jeremy Ashcraft started R & J Outdoors and Rockin' A Outfitters with his dad, Randy, in 2017 as a passion project and has turned it into the business it is today. Jeremy manages all aspects of the ranch, his desire to bring families together in the outdoors being the driving force. While Jeremy loves providing a superior hunting experience for clients, he also enjoys hunting as a hobby in his own life.
When he isn't at the ranch, he can be found in the metroplex with his wife and children or working as a Travel Respiratory Therapist and at Valdez Spice in Dallas, Texas.

Randy Ashcraft started R & J Outdoors and Rockin' A Outfitters with his son, Jeremy, in 2017 as a passion project. He enjoys all areas of the ranch and can often be found there in his free time hunting or helping out wherever he can.
When he isn't at the ranch, he is also a Respiratory Therapist up in the metroplex. He enjoys spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and dogs.

Joe Parker, Taxidermist & Guide
Joe Parker has been working as a Taxidermist for 26 years. He became a part of the R & J Outdoors team when he partnered with Jeremy and Randy to process animals. Since 2019, he has assisted in booking hunts for the team as well.
